Meeting Debbie Lavdas of Peace, Love, and Momminess has made my life better by helping learn how to better "inhale, exhale and repeat!" This woman is phenomena and now I have another incredible women to put on my list of "Women to Aspire to". She is brilliant and has a great sense of style and somehow manages to balance mommyhood and business with grace, ease and wisdom. We have also become good friends and I am so fortunate to have her as a support and mentor. She interviewed me at Renaissance ClubSport in Aliso Viejo. Good thing I came presentable and not in sweats and work out clothes like I normally do because she announced that we are going to do a live interview on the spot. Fun for me right!?! Well, it wasn't as painful as I thought because she went easy and guided me through it. Thank you Debbie for featuring Baby Emi Jewelry and helping me get over camera insecurities!
